Focusing on the here and now, HĀ combines a range of ancient wisdom and new science of body, mind, spiritual energy work supporting each person's specific needs these include kanohi ki te kanohi -talk therapy, HĀ healing techniques, Rongoā Māori herbal remedies, hohou i te rongo make peace, taonga pūoro musical instruments, mirimiri healing massage, pakiwaitara narratives, peer mentoring and cultural, clinical, professional supervision.

Together we discover and reveal an enquiry of understanding with empathy and humility. Through assisting in alleviating anxiety and stress, pain relief, repetitive cycles and providing muscle memory through breath techniques to aid in relaxing the hinengaro.
